It's probably because he's a weightlifter!. My beagle got into lifting weights one summer and let me tell ya, the veins were popping out everywhere on that little dog!. He used to knock teeth out with his beefy wagging tail!. Don't worry, your beagle will get tired of lifting weights someday and then his veins will go down again!. On the other hand, it might be just a genetic thing like that other person said!.!.!.I mean, it makes more sense than what I wrote!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
