Question: HELP! i want a good body!?
hello!.!.!.
i have read the other sections on how to get fit, six pack etc!. but i just want to know!.!.!.

what is the best way to achieve the following!.!.!.

- a great six pack

- that bit that goes from your groin to your stomach (would be appreacheated if any1 knew what it was called)

- muscular arms and legs

- also!.!.is there anyway to loose fat of your neck so your adams apple will show more clearly!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey, first of all, nice one on wanting to start working out!.

Ok six pack and general torso definition is all about body fat loss!. Drop 500 cals from your daily allowance and start doing cardio and weight training!. As for the arms and legs, I would reccomend you do an all body weight training workout for 6 weeks to start you off-this will help for all your goals!. So :

Bench press: 3 set of 10 reps
Squats: 3 set of 10 reps
Cable row: 3 sets of 10 reps
Chin ups: 3 set of 10 reps
Shoulder Press :3 sets of 10 reps
Dumbell curls :3 sets of 10 reps!.
Crunches routine : 2 sets of 20, 2 sets of 20 twist crunches
etc!.

Also, boost protein intake and stick to your diet!.

use the exersise balls for your abdominals and bench and curl for your arms
squat for your legs

you need to loose bodyfat by dieting and doing cardio exercizes like running!. for a six pack, dieet, run, and do ab exercizes!. getting abs is mostly about diet!. yea idk wat that is called, but do lower ab exercizes to get it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Alot of hard work!.!.!.are you really ready! and how old are you!? becuase if your under 18 this maybe close to impossible!.!.!.because if you are under 18 then you will most likely be working on it until age 18, then you might see results!.!.!.and if your under 16 don't try to get a 6-pack!.!.!.just try to be heathy and fit!.!.!.I'm not trying to discourage you but I think the best thing is just to feel good!.!.!.not all people who have 6-packs are healthy, and you can usually tell!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i don't know about neck!. but competitive swimming and track and field work great!. with swimming though you have to swim fly to get good stomache musclesWww@Answer-Health@Com
