You don't need help from the experts you just need to do 2 things:
Hit that **** hard
Decide what kind of body you want!. If you want to be cut up all around then I would recommend circuit training where you incorporate one set for each muscle group and just got through the entire cycle two or three times with low to moderate weight!.
Or stack it up high and focus on sets of 5-7, bang out 3 sets with failure stating at the end of the second or third set!.

Circuit training is nice because you are less likely to need a spotter, with heavy weight training you will need one for lifts over your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can obtain information on the gymn from where you purchased it from, I'm sure they have resources or a referral!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First you need to ensure your cardio-vascular efficiency is a good as you can get it!.

Fast repetitions will ensure you are attaining that, along with vigorous running and jogging!. Alternate between jogs and sprints!. This can be done with running on the spot, to a certain extent!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. or 20 miles' cycling per day! (which is what I did at your age; 10 miles to work on site and 10 miles back!. I was a whippet!)

Once you have burned off everything, up your calorie intake and get to pumping iron, to put the muscle on!.

At this stage, you can maintain cardio-vascular efficiency, while hitting the stamina bit!. Put on heavy boots and 30lbs of sand in a rucksack and (considering your advanced fitness) 12 miles in 2hours, twice a week, should be your objective!

Progress to 60lbs in the rucksack, while maintaining the 6mph target!.

By this time you will be fit for the Marines!

Have a GOOD life!Www@Answer-Health@Com
