You may have suffered testicular torsion: that's when the testicles get twisted or pulled out of alignment!. And it usually hurts!.
I suggest you go straight to the ER or your GP if he's available!. Neither party should laugh or add to your embarrassment!. If they do, then its another nail in the coffin for the NHS!. dude you can touque your nuts and they need to be undone before that cirulaton stops on them!. if you cant untwist them then you have to see the doctor it can happen other ways not just by you twisting them testiclual torsion
