Question: I have a sore left testicle!?
i have been to the e!.r 7 days ago and was told by the doctor not very much he said he doesn't think it is testicle torsion and gave me a antibiotic called cefalexin 250mgs tho the pain in my left testicle persists does any one have any idears what it may be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Torsion is an emergency, so it is good that it has been ruled out!. The possibility of epididymitis is still there, but he should have prescribed you an anti-inflammatory along with the antibiotic!. However, the antibiotic will do you no good unless you have an STD!. If you haven't been sexually active, then the cephalexin is a waste of time and money!.
Are you sure the pain is only in your left testicle!? If it starts to be bilateral, then the problem is probably not in your testicle but in your prostate gland!. Prostate trouble is generally the result of ejaculating either too much or not enough!. You might cut out ejaculating completely until the problem starts to clear up and then do it no more than three times a week until the problem goes away!. It might also help to cut out caffeine, soak the region in hot water nightly, and perhaps to use an appropriate anti-inflammatory!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

according to you the doctor said he didn't THINK is a torsion!. Did he palpated the testicle!? It could be a torsion but also a mass effect would have to be discarded, or maybe an hernia!.
