How long will it take to reach my goal weight?!


Question: How long will it take to reach my goal weight!?
I'm 6'2 268lbs ( I hold it very well, body like a football player )!. I stated at 295lbs, within the last 2 and a half months I got on a strict diet, and a workout plan that includes 5 days at the gym (sometimes 6) for 2-3 hours at a time!.

I lift a lot of weights, and work in cardio 3 days a week!. I think I have put on about!.!.!.!.!.5 pounds of muscle but I have no idea how to gauge that number!.!.

I know that as time goes by you some what plateau in your workout so I'm constantly trying to change my routine up to make sure that doesn't happen, I know for someone my size the first 30 or so pounds will come off easy which has already happened!.

My question is, about how much longer will it take me to get to my goal if 220-230 if I keep up what I'm doing right now!?

Only suppliment I take is protien shakes after the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
