Answers:
being a vegetarian is an option for life style but remember you need protean for muscle bulk!. I would suggest you attempt to have at least one meal of red meat every five days to supplement your dietary intake, v,B is one that you will have to eat large amounts of vegetable matter to keep at a proper level not to mention many others!. There are other draw backs for your growing body and I believe it is better for you to remain omnivorous until your body has reached its full potential; then you can go ahead and do as you feel is right but don't do something now that you cant reverse!. Oh and by the time your body has finished growing you will be better informed as to what being strict vegetarian entails!. All my best wishes!. ROBERTOWww@Answer-Health@Com

You are aware that your genetics, and not your eating habits will be the determinate of your height and size correct!? A vegetarian diet will be better for you in regards to health and fat, as you'll be less likely to gain weight in fat from a veggie lifestyle, as compared to a meat heavy lifestyle, but other than fat build up, your diet will affect nothing else about your physical structure, so listen to your dad, and do whatever makes you happy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
