Why cant i see my six pack ?!


Question: Why cant i see my six pack !?
i have a flat stomach, my friends can do like 120 curl ups and they have six packs!. i can do like 180!. so why cant i see my six pack if i can do more curl ups than my friends who do have six packs!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Several things factor into the definition of your muscles:

#1) Age!.!.!.relates to your ability to create testosterone and have big muscles!. You may just be able to do a bunch of curls because you aren't pulling as much weight!.!.!.

#2) Body Mass Index: Your "Six Pack" is really two muscles!.!.!.your rectus abdominus muscles!.!.!.which run from your bottom ribs to your pubic symphisis!. The look of having a six pack comes from the two incisura (bands of fascia) that run across them making them look bumpy!. These muscles are located under your subcutaneous fat and two layers of fascia!. If your body mass index - a factor of your height and weight - is too high, then you won't see your six-pack!.

#3) Body fat!. Related to BMI and probably a better gauge of if you can see your six pack or not!. If you're BMI is high you are either fat or very heavy with muscle!. The difference is what percentage of your weight is fat!. Typical healthy men have 15%!.!.!.but a lot of men drift upwards of 20%!. It is not that simple as how can do more curl ups!. Your friends may have a larger mass and are therefore doing more work for each curl!. Basically, there are only two reasons I can think of that a person wouldn't be able to see their six pack: One, the muscles aren't large enough; Two, too much skin, fat, for them to show through!. I'd just suggest continuing to work out since you said your stomach is flat already!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have more body fat!. Even if you are lean, you can still have body fat!. It's all in the way you eat!. Try not to eat sweets and cut back on carbs!. You need to eat a lot of protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. You have fat over it!.
2!. Your genetics play a role in how well your muscles appear, so it is easier to be ripped for some people!. It's like how not everyone can get an eight-pack!.

Because first its around 85% diet and the rest working out!. Also doing that many is BAD!. Do maybe 15 or 20 situps etc a day for 4-5 times a week then go up to 25-30 etc etc, also you have to do other things such as lift weights go to the gym etc and mix up your routine because your body will get use to the repeat of doing the same thing and will stop working the muscles!. Plus you need a good diet lots of fish etc protein shakes are great but you have to work out or it will become fat!. Now you have to do lots and lots of cardio !.e!.g running to get rid of the fat on you stomach it will not seem like you have fat there but trust me there is, it will take about 8-16 weeks to see some results but around 6 months before you can really see them and have them protect you if you were punched in the guts!. Also you may be able to follow this to the tee bone but everybody is different its in there genes!. You might not be able to get a six pack maybe a four pack or no pack at all you / we are all different and its just something you have to grow up with yea its annoying just like puberty but if you don't end up with results who cares at least you are staying healthy!. Also your friends make fun of you just because you don't have a six pack just grow up or tell them to grow up!. But number one thing don't go out and try drugs such as steriods!.

it depends on your age, and also your body structure!. theres probably fat covering the abs so jus keep at it and increase the number of sets you do and you should do findWww@Answer-Health@Com

The amount of curl ups you can do have nothing to do with weather or not you have or do not have a six pack!.

Best way is to control your diet and exercise!. 90% of your abs are going to come from what you eat so make sure you eat healthy and a lot of greens and cut out all the junk/sugary foods and drinks and drink more water!.

Exercising, be sure you do plenty of cardio on a regular basis (4 times a week at least)!. Your body fat has to be under 9% to acheive this so there's no quick way to do this and this will be very difficult to do if you're not determined to stay active!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
