when i was 13 i had no hair at all!.!.!.but my hair on my head!.!.!.

It's all about who you are as an individual!. I'm a late bloomer too!. I'm turning 19 in a few months and I didn't get a treasure trail (abs hair) until literally like a month ago and I don't even have hair on my forearms so no big deal!.

dude, i am 17, i have the same exact thing, little hair everywhere except down there and no facial hair, but what im hoping is that when puberty kicks in and i start growing hair my dick will grow too that would be awesomeWww@Answer-Health@Com

It is just a function of time and development which is different for everyone!. My daughter was later than "normal" and I took her to a specialist who told me that!. Sounds like you are on track!. I don't think you need to be concerned!. But if you are concerned, go to your regular doctor for his/her advice!.
P!.S!. As far as the mustache, my husband was in his early 30's before he could grow a full one! He kept trying to grow scraggly ones!. When he finally could!.!.!.he wasn't interested in having one anymore!.!.!.LOL!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
