Actually this would be more likely to allow you to go even longer and have a more intense orgasm in the end!. If you constrict the penis (check out a sex shop and they all sell cock rings) it stops you from having an orgasm and keeps the blood in the erect penis and doesn't allow it to leave the penis, so it allows men to have an erection for longer and keeps it much harder than normal!.
