What is the best way to pull the foreskin back over the penis!. The man is disabled and unable to do this for himself!. His foreskin has gone back and is causing him discomfort!. What do I do to sort this without causing embarrassment and pain!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

How do you know this!? If he told you then there should be minimal embarrassment!. Just tell him you will do it for him if he thinks it will help!. If you are willing to be this helpful then it should be no problem for you to offer and then do it!. It's a matter of physically caring for someone!. It is not gay or sexual in any way so don't even think it!. it's like the Golden Rule!. Would you want someone to do it to help you if it were you in that position!? Probably best to take him to a doctor!. He could have something called a paraphimosis which is where the foreskin stays back and causes pain, possibly needing surgical intervention!. Obviously I don't know what your relationship with this man is, but I'm sure he'd feel more comfortable if his doctor assessed him!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
get him to a doctor for a circumcision!. he won't have to worry about the foreskin, plus there will be less chance of infectionsWww@Answer-Health@Com
I'm guessing you are his care giver!. Put on the gloves,push back the skin and wash it regularly!. If you are not then get him to the Doctor!. You may want to do that anyway just to be sure there is no infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it is genuinely stuck back he will be in a lot of pain and it is an emergency so he should be taken to hospital!. He may need a circumcision following this!. Get him some help straight away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
He probably has something called a paraphimosis, this is where the foreskin, when pulled back stays there, he really needs to see a doctor, sometimes it is possible to manipulate it back under local anaesthetic, but sometimes it may need a circumscision!. its best you do not try this yourself he needs medical intervention as soon as possibleWww@Answer-Health@Com
Hopefully ill be of some help here!. Im male, and a nurse, and also gay, so deal with moving my partners forskin!. The first thing to make sure of, is that he is notsat in a way which might keep pulling it back!. Maybe if he is sat in a way where his scrotum may be pulling it back!? I know its not too nice a thought, but he may just need adjusting, just as you would adjust yourself!. I think it is a male that asked this question, so to be honest mate, just put his forskin back in a way that you would do your own!. If it keeps re-occouring, he may need circumsising, his power of attorney will have to give a written consent, and the gp may need a little persuasion!.
