In America, the vast majority are circumcised (over 85%), as are all Jews and Muslims!. In the UK many older men are circumcised but very few young ones, due to NHS cost-cutting!. In the rest of the world it varies according to country, culture etc!. However, it is very beneficial to be circumcised - much better for hygiene, health, comfort, appearance, self-esteem and FAR better for sexual sensation and pleasure during intercourse for both the man and his female partner(s)!. Most mature women who have had the opportunity to try both, overwhelmimgly prefer a circumcised man as a sexual partner - just ask a few if you want proof of this! In the USA 80% of caucasian (white) males are circumcised and get circumcised at birth!. Outside the USA all Muslim countries are 100% circumcised, Israel 100%, Auz and NZ about 25% but increasing, Germany is hoping on the band wagon, Mexico, central and South America about 13% (the wealthy circumcise in those countries)!.

In the United States no!. In Canada, Australia, New Zealand more guys are uncircumcised as the practice has lost popularity very fast and continues to decline!. In the United Kingdom most guys are uncut!. In non English speaking countries it varies with religion!. In the middle east and Israel most guys are circumcised!. Also in South Korea and the Philippines many guys are cut!. Parts of Africa cut while others don't!. But if you live in Europe, the rest of Asia, and South America, almost all guys are uncut!. In the middle east (and the Philippines) it is common to not be circumcised until the age range of 8-13!. In Afghanistan for instance, 45% of the male population (7,474,394) is under the age of 14!. Yes most of them will be circumcised one day, but when you are counting foreskins, they still have theirs!.
Also being a Muslim usually means circumcised, but there are exceptions as there is not mention of circumcision in the Qua'ran!.
