Question: Im "skinny fat"! help!!?
i'm 5'8!.!. 130 pounds!.!. i have no muscle!.!.(that you can see anyways) im just flabby!.!. how do i burn fat, and NOT lose weight!? turn it into muscle!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm guessing your diet is fine so theres no need to change it a bit, but its always up to you!.
basically, just lift weights from a moderate level, then slowly work your way up to a more challenging setting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Focus on muscle/ strengh building exercises ( eg!. weight lifting, squats!.!.!.) Make sure you get adequate proteins ( as this builds muscle) and eat enough so you can maintain your weight- but gain muscle which weighs more and burns more calories!. Go to you local gym and see what programs they offer!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i used to be in a similar condition!.!.!.!. now im 5'10 118 pounds and im currently on a 4 pack still working on it!. eat small meals on a regular basis to keep your metabolism up also any time youve got free time go for a walk or jog!. i used to walk to my friends house and back (my nearest friend is an hour walk cos we live on oppossite sides of town) take up a martial art i started jkd 3 years ago one night a week for 2 hours a night and i dropped from a 32 to a 27 inch waist i currently do 60 push ups every other night to work my pectorals, 60 sit ups, 60 twist sit ups( left elbow to right knee as i sit up and vice versa) and 30 eg lifts off my couch though when i first started i did 40 push ups 30 sit ups 20 twist sit ups and 10 leg lifts every other night!. i also blend a protien powder with milk, hunny, strawberry yogurt, water and a touch of vanilla ice cream and drink this after i do my exercises ( 1 hour before bed) to give me the protein i need for my sleep to help my muscles repair and grow because when you exercise you rip and tear your muscles so plenty of protien is essential!.
