for women, as far as growth, it depends on alot of things!. its no simple answer, yes general age for girls is around 18, however for girls, when they first get their periods, you will grow the slowest after this point, usually like anywhere from 1-3 years of growing left, add to that your heredity, if you are destined to be tall, you will grow taller in that period, if you are destined to be short, or average, you will grow taller a bit less, in that same 1-3 years!.
for guys the age is between 20-22!.
same with hereditary, and some guys get growth spurts throughout, some at the end of growing, some early, then taper off!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
alot of things affect growth, again heredity/which you have no control over, and enviornment/ life-style, which includes everything else you have more control over!.
