How do you lose weight when your like me?!


Question: How do you lose weight when your like me!?
I weigh 300lbs!. I have tried every diet and exercise plan they don't work for me!. I have no means to exercise right now and no money to pay for gym equipment!. I have tried to not eat as much as I normally do but I am not ashamed to say that I have a food addiction so thats a problem!. I have been in support groups for it and they seem not to be helping!. Please someone tell me how I can lose some weight not by starving or throwing up either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, eat as much as you want but dont eat it if its deep fried, salty or sugary!. Eat meals based on grilled meats or fish but fill up on potatos (not fried) & vegetables!. You can eat as many veggies as you like, feel full but wont get fat!. Drink only water, milk or unsweetened juice!.
You dont need gyn equipment, go for a walk every day for at least an hour!. Move up to jogging when you can!. Do bodyweight excercises in front of the television!. Pushups, sit ups, lunges & squats to start!. the added muscle helps you loose even more weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well i am overweight by like 30 pounds and i have lost 5 pounds in like 2 weeks i just have been eating less and doing like situps and crunches and lifting weights!. But eat well like vegtibles fruit and less portions GOOD LUCKWww@Answer-Health@Com

First off you don't need a gym or equiptment to work out!. Daily walks of 20-30 mins is a great start and you can increase the time and length of them as you get stronger!.!.!.!. push ups sit ups lunges all can also be done without a gym, they may feel awkward at first but the more you do them the stronger you will get and the better you will feel!.
Eat lots of lean protien and green vegi's and drink lots of water!.!.!. You can do!.!. you just need to stick to it,, and no one can make you!.!.!. but youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Get some self control!. Stop eating shitty food!. Eat less!. Start walking instead of asking for something other than what you know already!. There's no quick fix!. You've spent years getting fat!. Spend years getting thin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could try reverse diet!.!.!. its working for me x] well, you eat lunch for breakfast and breakfast for lunch!.!. it work cuz you burn the lunch calories during the day and then balance it with a healthy breakfast!. You should try it if you havent already, its also fun^-^Www@Answer-Health@Com
