Answers:
I went through the same problem when I was your age!. I think it's normal!.

At that age, our bodies are changing!. We are no longer the little children that we THINK our parents think we are!. I think psychologically, we don't want to let our parents know we're grown up because we want them to still think of us (and perhaps still love us) like when we were younger!. That's why many people are embarrassed of their developing bodies!.

Trust me, parents have talked about and anticipated their children growing up and developing!. They're ready, educated on the subject of growing up (because they probably went through the same phase as you are), and are accepting!.

Even though we might try to hide the fact that we have chest hair or underarm hair, parents know that we have them!. Once we get about 12, parents know that we will start developing already!.

My overall advice is: don't be afraid of what they think or afraid that they'll be shocked because: they won't be!. They already know it and have planned this day since you were born!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

So your modest!.!.!. It's your decision whether or not to wear a shirt!. Why do you care so much about what other think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

dude, if you've got the body (and you do), don't be afraid to show it off!. Sadly, in front of the parents, they'll sit there and make comments like "My little boy is growing up"!.!.!.!.!.!.well, you get the idea!. But, there's no shame in showing off what you have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If they are even SLIGHTLY strange about you going bare-chested -- then they have problems, you don't!. Being able to go bare-chested at any whim is completely normal for young men!. I'm sorry that you are having a problem with it!. I would say, just do it and stop worrying - - if they give you grief know its them, not you -- and go on with life!.

You are wonderful, just as you are!.

Kind thoughts,

What exactly are you worrying about!? I am missing somthing!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im kind of a nudist myself never had that problem
just dont be shy manWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's typical in Puritanical Western society that parents have no idea what their own kids' physical development is like, from pubic hair to girls' breasts to boys' muscles, underarm hair and chest hair!. I think that's sad, since adolescents are works of art in so many ways, no matter what they look like!.

Why don't you try casually stripping in front of a close friend in your room, changing out of school clothes to "play" clothes, for instance, until you get used to being downright (or at least nearly) naked in front of others!?

Trust me, no matter how fat or thin, hairy or bare you are, no one is likely to even comment!.

Try it!. You'll like it (eventually)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

some people are more shy than others!.!.!.i can relate i was too!. send me your pic and i'll build up your ego so you know you have no reason not to take it off!. you sound very hot and i bet a lot of peeps around you would view you as eye candy! go for it dude!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do what makes you feel comfyWww@Answer-Health@Com

i have the same problem i dont like showing my body to much to my family :SWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think I understand how you feel - I bet you're an only child and rather intelligent [to be so self-conscious and sensitive to what others are thinking]
Have you heard them make comments about anyone else, or is it just the anticipation of being embarrassed!.!.!.!?

What helps is to have others around you [besides family], or do it when you're with a group your own age, and adjust with them [family] getting minimal "glimpses"!.

If you get no reaction, then it may not be a problem!.!.!.!.

Be encouraged, it will get better with age, and when you've been "full grown" longer!.!.!.!. You're hyper self-conscious even to yourself right now, so the longer you've been in your "new, older" body, it will get better!.

Like another answerer said, you may even get so good you'll have problems keeping your clothes on !!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i used to be like this
i was like this from the age of say 16 till about 22!.
