No you are not fat!.!.!.Your body is going through alot of hormonal changes right now!. give yourself some time, everyone goes through an "akward" period in their teens!. Just eat healthy and stay active!. Eat fruits and veggies for snacks instead of junk food, and drink water and juices instead of soda, and other high sugar drinks!. You will be just fine!. As for the exercise, jog, walk, ride a bike!.!.!.all of these things will keep you active and healthy!. This totally depends!. You are growing so it's gonna be all mixed up for a while!. But if you are a small person with a large stomach then perhaps you need to exercise a little (Everyone needs to exercise!)!.

So, you could gain some muscle and look great!. Start by Googling a diabetic diet!. It is just a healthy way to eat and portion control!. Then begin an exercise program!. Get a bicycle and ride every day!. You will build leg, arm, and body muscle that way!. You will pretty much use every muscle you have that way!. Walk!.
