do squats help build muscle fast!?

In the legs/abs, yes they do!.

If you don't feel the burn of it, you're doing it wrong!. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, and very slowly squat until your butt is parallel to the floor (like sitting in a chair), and then rise at normal speed!.

Repeat this however many times as you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
