Question: I need muscle building advice!!?
I'm a 15 year old who wants to build muscles for his arms, abs, and chest!. The only equipment I have is two heavy hand weights!.
Anyone have any advice/suggestions!?

6 months ago i had no muscle at all!. just a nice layer of fat!. i started a vegan diet, and then that progressed into a raw vegetables and fruit only diet!. i just finished a workout which consisted of push ups sit ups and some free weight arm work, and now I'm eating a huge salad!.
start small!. do ten push ups, right when u get up!. 15 will work too, but make sure you keeping it low enough to be able to do it every day!. that's the key!. pretty soon you ll be banging out 40 or 50 at a time, and by then you ll notice a whole new chest, your shoulders and arms will totally change!.
don't believe the protein myth!. I'm telling you, everything you need to be ripped AND have super fast recovery is in broccoli and carrots and lettuce and celery and tomato!. (Romain) !. eat a huge bowl of grapes after you do your push ups!. or if you have a sweet tooth, have some peanut butter on celery!. your taste buds will totally change and soon you'll be craving veggies!. try this out for a week and i promise you you'll see results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

um dude, u dont need much!. pushups and sit ups get u pretty ripped!. u can go to the gym if ur really into it!. pace urself and set goals!. and most importantly, eat right!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Push-ups are actually one of the easiest and most effective exercises for the upper body!. The nice thing, too, is that you can easily adjust the weight by the angle of your body!. When I was younger, and to this day, I do push ups every day!. When I started I did sets of 20 with my feet on the grounds and my arms on stairs!. Now, I do sets of 25 with my feet elevated!.

Do 30 push ups night and day!. And then your chest should get
more muscle and look bigger!. girls like riped arms , push ups
