It's different for different people!. You could finish puberty soon, or you could carry on 'til your 21!.
I reckon you'll problem end up with about a 7 inch penis when you stop growing!.
That's a very rough estimate though!.

It depends how long you went through puberty!. 4yrs!. is the amount of time for your penis to grow as it starts with length and then girth!.
However the growth slows as it goes on!. For example me,
i was 3in!. at 12 and more than twice by age fifteen!.
it will get a big start in your 13s and 14s and slow down drastically
to not even half an inch a year in puberty!.
