If you mean you're feeling something like an adrenalin rush, no, that doesn't affect your voice!. Probably what really happened is that you ended up pushing more air through than normal, and that may have made you sound deeper!. I find a lot of kids don't breath correctly, so their speech is light and not full!. So yes, it'll probably calm down!.

Of course it affects you!. It's called puberty!.
Your voice won't level off until you're 25!. So while you'll be cracking for the next year or so, your true, deep male voice won't stabilize until your hormones do, which is around your mid-20's!. Don't worry about it, you'll be o!.k!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
