Exercise Plan??!


Question: Exercise Plan!?!?
Can anyone suggest a excercise plan that will give me a flat stomach doing stuff like pressups and sit ups like how many to do a day and any other exercise tips!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to lose OVERALL body fat to get "lean and mean"!. To get your flat stomach, you will have to regulate how many calories you eat during the course of a week!. Have less spaghetti and macaroni; less PIZZA; less white bread and potatoes; MORE vegetables; more poultry and less steaks and hamburgers; MORE water(NOT the bottled kind!) and juices and less sodas -diet sodas included!

For your exericse routine, you might consider adding a 5-lb!. weight to your sit-up routine!. Do as many as you can WITHOUT STRAINING! Add 1-3 reps every other week IF you can do them without injuring your back!!!!!! Also, do "cross-crunches" - touching one knee with the elbow of the opposing arm!. If you do them with the weight, do up to 5-7 for the first two weeks!. Add no more than 1-2 every other week!. If your back starts hurting, STOP!Www@Answer-Health@Com
