Thats normal!. Im 24 and still get them very often its very annoying !. The doctors say its from my testosterone!. Its become some what of a burden that I personally have to deal with!. One thing that works pretty good is powdered eggs!. When you start getting one try to imagine the blood flowing out of your penis !. Really concentrate though and it works!.
