Question: Can ant one gice me a way to fix my posture!?
well im 16 and when i was in 10-13 i played my game boy and my back and neck got screwed up!. i have a liltle hump like the hunch back but not that big!. i went to the doc and he said i need to fix my posture to fix it!. so how can i fix it!?

Stomach in, shoulders back and down!. Pretend your belly button is a hook and hook it onto your spine, and then pretend your shoulder blades are skies and let them slide down your back!. Or, pretend you have a metal rod down your spine from the bottom of your head to your tailbone!. Just keep your shoulders down!.
