IF you really mean castration -- collect proof of the intent, and then call child protective services!. In any first world country you will be removed from the home for your own protection!. Forced castration hasn't been legal in the Western world for a number of centuries!. If they really want to castrate you, you are better off ANYWHERE else!.
If you really mean circumcision -- I would say unless you have a medical problem, refuse -- and if they push and you are in a first world country ask for an advocate to be provided he child from protective services!. If it some religious thing for some religious group they've gotten into -- verbally and directly reject the teachings of the group AND MEAN IT!. Stick to your guns inside your head at least!.
If it is castration it is abomination that they would even suggest it!. If it is circumcision it is not all that much better!.
Forcing either on a child old enough to write when he does not want the procedure, strikes me as child abuse!.
Get out of the house if you can, if they are insistent!.
