Yeah it is!. I'm like!.!.!.!.5'7'' and I weigh 137lbs!. Thats only 20lbs more than me!.!.!.!.and four inches taller!. Ideally, I think males near 6ft should be about 180-200lbs!. Give him a steak!Www@Answer-Health@Com
