Is this malnourished for an adult male?!

Exceptionally healthy actually!. Don't be fooled by the fact that we have become a nation of fat slobs!. I was 6'1" and 155 in the first half of my 20s -- then unfortunately I became sick with a fairly serious illness that took about a year to diagnose and treat -- the end result of which is I never got back to a completely healthy weight, and hover at the 190 range as I enter middle age!. 135 is a little thin, but its well within the healthy range - be proud of him!.
