I am having trouble figuring out what sort of bra i should wear!. this is a serious question!. i am 300 pounds, and i hate how my man 'boobs' stick out like they are melons of some kind!. i would really like to know who i can call, where i can go , or what i can do about this!. serious answers only pleaseWww@Answer-Health@Com

Instead of buying a bra, why don't you just try losing that fat!? Granted it will be difficult to cut yourself down to a level you'll be happy with, but it can be fun and the benefits greatly outweigh the amount of work you have to put it!.

A BRA!!? You are honestly considering it rather than adjust your lifestyle!.!.!.eat healthy!.!.!.and exercise!.
Plastic Surgery should be a last option!. If your do not change your lifestyle that gave you your 'man boobs'!.!.!.surgery will be only a temporary fix!.
Consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!.

you could talk to your doctor, or if you are too embarassed maybe get a mom sister friend or wife to go to the store for you and get a bra!. there are certain bras that have no seam so no one will be able to tell you have one on!. if that doesnt work, you could always see a nutritionist, work out and try to shed a few pounds!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would say just talk to ur dr!. tell the dr how u feel and ask what can be done, that u hate how they stick out etc!. Tell the dr what u said on here in those exact words and see if they can help!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
dude I suggest you go to a site like www!.sugarmamas!.com and get a photoggrpaher to come out!. My uncle surfs that they are some big nasty gilrs but I bet you would be better looking than at least half of them!. its good money i hear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
