I think all races have anomalies - or people who fall outside of the bell curve!. I think the belief that black men have larger penises comes from being passed down through the ages!. There are some tribes of African's that stretch their penises to unbelievable lengths - but that's not genetic!. That's stretching!. It's a part of their culture - it's not sexual, it's a why of adorning themselves!. kinda like wearing an earring!. They just stretch their penis so they can tie it in knots!.

I'll tell you why they average slightly larger penis's than other races, Black slaves were bred to get bigger and stronger, this would benefit the owners when they sold them!. Bigger meant stronger which would bring more money!. Thats why they are very good athletes too!.
