You're going to have to do a combination of things in order to achieve optimum results in toning your stomach; unfortunately, you can't spot treat!. You should eat many small portions of healthy food throughout the day!. Get 8-10 hours of sleep every night!. Drink water frequently!. I recommend eliminating soda from your diet completely!. Most importantly, you must exercise!. You'll need to combine cardio and strength exercises!. Try running, biking, and swimming for cardio exercise!. Abs start in the kitchen!. Make sure you eat right and get a flat stomach!. You can have the most toned and defined abs but they won't show through if there's a layer of fat over them!. Then you can start working out and getting mussles!. Strengthen your abdominal muscles and lose body fat!. The concept is simple, but putting it into action is not!. It will take dedication, willpower, patience and time to get a six pack but in the end, the effort is well worth it

i used to have a six pack!.!. not anymore cuz of all the junk lol!. but you need to eat vegetables and meat, alot!. also you need to do just say 20 sit ups, 30 second rest inbetween 4 times, and then increase the amount of situps when it gets to easy!. do this 3 to 5 times a week and you'll have one in no timeWww@Answer-Health@Com
I'm a swimmer, 14 years old and i train 12 hours a week and i am the hottest guy in school because of my 6 pack!. i sagest that you train hard and it will come naturally because of all the fat you burn and yours will come!. Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
no matter how many sit ups and crunches you do, you wont get a 6 pack unless you do alot of cardio workouts!. (unless you are already very lean)Www@Answer-Health@Com
