Question: Any advice for soar muscles!?
i went to this cheernastics clinic for 4 hours!. and its for tumbling and i can do tucks and all that!.!. me and my friends are wicked soar!.!. i was wondering if anyone has any advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stretching is the answer!. You should stretch on completion of exercise and again about an hour later!.
Delayed onset muscle fatigue cuts in about a day and a half later!.!.!. so then you stretch some more!.
Its hard to know how to stretch!.!.!. but here is a web site!.!.!. the exercises are great, teh muscle information is useful and the stretches are listed on the right hand side of the page!.!.!. seelct an exercise!.!.!. and you wil lsee the appropriate stretch listed as well!.

soak in epsom salts (natural muscle relaxants) then just remember RICE (Rest Ice Compretion Elevation) these should be quick and easy solutions to ur problemWww@Answer-Health@Com
Hot water shower/bath and an ice-pack or heating-pad where ever it hurts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
eat some protein: beef, chicken, tuna, eggs, milk, yogurt!.!.!.and just relax!.!.!.make sure to stretch your legs and whatnot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
