You can do it, have CONFIDENCE! You can mimick the way I started smoking, I started off with the anti-smoking drugs, then I went to the nicotine gum, from there I stared wearing the nicotine patch and eventually I started the Skoal Bandit, from there I used a water filter to smoke ultralights and then I gave up the water filter, As time passed I got the habit, I now smoke Pall Mall non filters at the rate of 2 packs per day!.
