Can a junior high school principal do anything????!

Question: Can a junior high school principal do anything!?!?!?!?
Ok, this is my moms email, but my friend tried pot for the first time today and he hated it and polans on never doing it again but what i need to know is that when he smoked it it was with a bunch of older kids and there was this parent in the car watching them, the parent was waiting for her daughter in the store, while she waited for her daughter to come out of the store, the daughter knew my friend and he doesent know if the mom said something to the daughter like "who is tht or anything", but when they drove away they were giving my friend a weird look

so my question is, if the mom decides to tell the principal and make him aware of tht my friend was smoking pot, what could the principal do, wht would be the consequences,!? would there really be any proof!?

my friend goes to a utica community schoolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
the principal could not do anything if the smoking occurred off campus, if he has only smoked once then he should drink some cranberry juice, a lot of water, go pee a lot, and he should be fine

the consequences would be minimal, but I doubt he could get caughtWww@Answer-Health@Com

maybe!.!.!.if anybody reports him then he will probably have to do a drug test!. and if they find it in his system then he will most likely get in trouble!. dependin on what his parents want to do with him
so yo answer your question, yeah, but then again he might not even do anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If they weren't on school property, the principal has no business getting involved!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

all they can do is keep an eye on him other than that nothingWww@Answer-Health@Com
