hope you don't want to put on weight just adding fat!. You better be proud of being athletic and slim!. You have no idea about how many millions and millions of dollars are paying every month for people trying to be like you!. Now If you want to get bigger and muscular, well start working out heavy weights!. No more than 10 repetitions/ 4 sets!. The last two repetitions should be very difficult, you should feel the burn!. Give a 72 hours rest to every group of muscles that you work out and eat lots of good protein and some carbs too but please! keep being away from fat, that will keep you as healthy as today!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im the same as you!. IM 5 foot 9 and 130

i went to gnc last week and bought 100% whey protein!. I take it 3 times a day and work out pretty much every day!. Ive toned soo much!. Just from benching my upper chest and tris are ripped!. The whey protein doesnt taste too great, but mix it with icecream and milk instead of water and it tastes better!. the colder you get it the better the taste!.

It doesnt work for everyone!.!.!. but it cant hurt so give it a try!. Also make sure u eat as much as you can!.!.!.!. you probly already have been if ur like me!.

so overall: eat lots of food!. Lift alottt!.!.!.!.!. and try some protein shakes!.!.!.
