Yeah that happens to me, I have really long dizzy spells when I get up in the morning, the little ones when I stand up too fast!. I'm thinking its probably just the blodd either rushing to or from your head, just like hanging upside down then flipping up the right way, the blood's rushing back to the rest of the body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Happens to me all the time!. I think it is because when you stand from a prone position, your blood gets kind of a shake and moves out of your brain!. Then when you stretch you are using so many muscles that the blood uses up a ton of oxygen at once and thats why you get dizzy!.!.!.but my theory has some holes in it, still in progress!.!.!.but if you get my main point!.

I am hypoglycemic and it happens more often when my blood sugar is too low!. It also happens if you are a little dehydrated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stretching is moving in directions more than usual!. It's hyperflexing generally!. If you're under 25ish, to feel dizzing is ok!. I think It's a good sign!. You can even see "stars" for a moment!. Be glad!. Keep moving about!. It, from my experience, is actually a sign of being young!. It happened to me when I was young, and this question reminds me to strech and feel it again!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

hm thats wierd, i think u should go to a doctor and have ask!. it sould turn out to be a problem!.
like *gasp* in that one house, when the hassidic jewish lady faints at her wedding cause she in the ouncing chair thingy and her kidney isnt attached right and she keeps faintiong and passing out!!

not to freak u out ot anything!.!.!.!.!.!.i love house!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Might be orthostatic hypotension, a sudden drop in your blood pressure that happens when you change positions suddenly!. I think the stretching probably doesn't have anything to do with it, it's more that you're getting up too fast!. Take it easy :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to a doctor!. Make sure you are hydrated and eating enough!. Cut down on the junk food!. Try some vegetables and medium rare meat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you should go check it, even little things can be big problems if you give it time!. IDK Maybe you over worked yourself, or you might get a fever soon!.
HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER!Www@Answer-Health@Com
