Best way to loose 1cm of body fat from belly?!


Question: Best way to loose 1cm of body fat from belly!?
Im a 19 year old male, about 5'5 and about 70kgs!. I have rock solid abs, but they are covered by a 1cm layer of belly fat!. I dont smoke or drink, and i eat 6 smaller meals a day!.

i want to know what is the quickest way to get rid of my small tyre!?

No quick answer for cheap points!. Im after a good quality response, if you say cardio; what type of cardio, for how long and how often etc!.!.!. if you say diet; what exactly!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

do cardio twice a day, in the morning and in the evening!. I use workout tapes in the morning and I swim or run in the evening!. When I run, I either jog 6mph for 20min, or do HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) which would be jogging at 6mph for 2min, then run top speed for 45 seconds to a minute straight, then go back to jogging for 6mph!. I would do 6 45-second bursts,, it would take about 15min for the whole thing!. That's better for fat burning than just jogging for 20min!. For swimming, I swim laps doing breaststroke for about half an hour to 45min!. Eating 6 small meals a day is good, in addition to that, not eating carbs after 7 or 8pm is even better!. If u're hungry after 8, eat lean meat(chicken or turkey breast is best)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should try sit ups it is the easiest way to lose or what you can also do is take a bicycle and go for a long and fast drive on it that is a great way to loose those unwanted fatWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sit ups day and night!. It's a quick answer but it should work!. Also try to do more excercise and eat less fatty foods!. Simple really!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ever tried to do go swimming the breaststroke every day for at least half an hour!?
