Our private areas are unfortunately sensitive to all sorts of lumps and bumps!
Any lump, no matter what size, that is new and wasn't there before is a lump!. The only thing you have to watch out for is if it grows any bigger!. I don't mean if it grows 'big', just if it grows bigger!.
I know it is the worst for guys to go and get checked, but if you find it is growing, then it's best you get it looked at!. But even then it is very very unlikely to be 'cancer'!. It's sooo much more likely to be just an infection/inflammation!.
If it's not growing any bigger and it doesn't hurt - then don't worry to much about it!.

if there's a lump that is pea-sized, if you feel tenderness or unusual pain, you hafta go to a doc!. that is really something serious!. which better person could you ask!? testicular cancer usually strikes between 15 and 35 years old!. seriously!. go to the docs!. the testicular exam would just involve the doctor wearing gloves(it depends) and feel your testicles!. while it's still early you should go see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First thing you should do is show the lump to your friends!. Let them feel around and then you guys compare!. See if there are any differences!. If not then you are ok!. If so, i'd suggest you cut your testicles off and show your doctor and see what he says!. Worked for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
