I have gynaecomastia due to fluctuation in hormones and it's not due to the fat!. Is there any solution for it rather than simply going to surgery because I saw in one video!.doctor explaining that if it's due to hormones!.!.it would come back after surgery also!.

Talk to your doctor!. If he/she doesn't volunteer, ask him about tamoxifen which is an estrogen antagonist (blocker)!. This is a prescription drug which your doctor must write for!.
In some males, testosterone is aromatized (turned into) estrogen in the breast tissue which causes gynecomastia!. This is quite a common experience for males experiencing puberty or for males using anabolic steroids!. Some medications and chronic marijuana use can cause gynecomastia also!.
If your doctor is unwilling to prescribe tamoxifen or give you a solution to your problem (other than surgery), get a second opinion!.

You need to see an Endocrinologist!. They will determine what imbalance is causing the breast tissue to develop!. Once that is under control you can decide what action to take!. If it has been a short time some medications may reduce or get rid of the tissue but most likely it will need to be cut out!.
I had surgery in June 07!. I had a small amount of tissue behind the nipples causing them to be puffy!. The surgery was a success and I feel great without a shirt on (and good thing I do)!.

I am afraid that your hormonal imbalance that caused this will have you to undergo surgery!.After that I would ask for pills to make sure that this does not happen again!.
