Question: How's this for a weight lifting routine!.!.!.!?
Monday: Chest/Back
Tuesday: Biceps/Triceps
Wednesday: Shoulders/Legs
Thursday: Chest/Back
Friday: Biceps/Triceps
Saturday: Shoulders/Legs
Assume I work in enough cardio and ab exercises throughout the week, too!.
For each muscle group I generally do 9 or 10 sets of 3-4 different exercises!. My goal is to get bigger muscles!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
