Push-ups and muscles?!


Question: Push-ups and muscles!?
Ok whenever I do push ups only my upper chest seems to get work if any chest muscles!. Usually just my arms get work!. And when my chest does get work its only my left one my right chest doesn't get anything!? My hands/arms are symmetrically lined up!. And I do not have any equipment what so ever so I have to do things at home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it may be because you work your right arm so much ( writing and what not ) that your left hand never get time to exercise so when it does it works out harder because your right arm is used to exercising

If you do push-ups military style with the proper technique, both sides of your chest are worked equally!. If one side of your chest is more muscular than the other, they may have started out asymmetrical!. You might try one-armed push-ups to work one side only!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
