.knee pain?!
Question: !.knee pain!?
i was sitting down with my knees bent and when i stood up there was a very loud cracking noise!.!.my knee has hurts since then (4 hours ago) i put my hand on it and was being it back and forth and i can feel like a ticking feeling with my hand i cant feel it in the knee,,on a scale of 1 to 10 for pain its about a 5!.!.!.whats wrong!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like a dislocated knee!.
My partner had one of those, and they HURT!.
See your doctor!. He may put you in a brace and have you do some physical therapy to strengthen that knee (and the exercises DO help!)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK uhm well yea!.!.!.if you were sitting wit your knee bent, then you probably like maybe streached out the tendeons, or maybe messed up your meniscus!. If it doesnt go away like by the end of the day i would see a doctor, but try walking around and stretching it if you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the knee is a kind of complicated joint, prone to get problems like this!.from what you are writing, i would guess your meniscus got dislocated!. better see a doctor if the pain has not subsided by now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I had the same problem and it turned out that my knee was dislocated!.
Better see the doctor!.
