Question: If I fast, how long will it be until I drop 5 pounds!?
I'm very concerned about my weight! I am a 13 year old male, 130 pounds! If you just see me walking around, you probably wouldn't notice my fatness, but when someone feels my stomach or sees my stomach while im sitting, it's very disturbing!. I'm very emotional about my appearances!. I want to fast and drop a couple pounds quickly, i know its dangerous but im very very desperate!.Also, any tips on staying away from sugary foods!? It's hard to resist once I see it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

fasting doesn't do anything, u starve, your body starts socking away as much FAT as possible

P!.S!. to the moron that says don't eat after 6 p!.m!. your body doesn't have a clock and doesn't give a crap when you eat!.

weight gain has to do with intake vs!. output
u take in 2500 calories and only output 1000 in your daily exercise routine you get fat!.!.!.its very simple

Here's my best advice: eat whatever you want, do whatever you want!. People who constrict themselves with painful dieting or fasting (not eating for long periods of time) will only cause themselves to become stressed out and gain even more fat! So, just eat what YOU think is good for you!. You want a snack once in a while!? Big deal!. Just don't pile on the sweet stuff, and you'll be fine!.

Now here's the catch: exercise!. Get loads of exercise everyday!. Go jogging around your neighborhood, do push-ups and sit-ups at home, perhaps go to a gym for a couple hours a day!?

Every time you're waiting for a download, you're just chilling and listening to music, or whenever you have some spare time, do some push-ups or something!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't eat after 6pm!. If you have to eat, eat vegetables!. if you just reduce the calories you eat you will start losing weight!. I was 150lbs and just by eat less (not starving) and just drinking water I lost 8 lbs per month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you fast, you will start by loosing lots of weight quickly, but then your body will go into starvation mode!. This means that if will protect itself and store as much as it can!. So when you start eating again, you will put on a lot very quickly!.

At 13 your body is still growing and you should have a good metabolism!. Try to exercise more!. Walk places!. If you ride the bus, get off a few stops early and walk the rest of the way!. Do sit ups!. You probably still have some puppy fat!. Exercise regularly, but not more than 2 hours per day!. If you exercise too much, then stop for exams or something else, you will put the weight back on!.

And staying away from sugary foods!. It's tough!. My advice would be to limit what you have, rather than cut it out totally!. So, if you do the sit ups or the exercise you plan, you can eat one of the sugary things you like!. And look at the packaging, learn what it contains!. And if you don't know what an ingredient is, google it!. And my final tip, the more processed, the worse it is, the more packaging, the worse it is!.
