Infections would creat a fever, the area would be warm to the touch!.!.!.possibly red!. I would advise seeing a doctor about this!. It could be caused from urine backwash, Blood, a couple of different STDs or it could be as simple as something in your diet or eating too much of something!. But get it checked out just to be safe!.
