Diet wise, make junk food a weekly treat, eat all you want (dont starve) just eat good, healthy food!. Do an ab workout every day, crunches for upper abs, leg lifts for lower abs & plank for obliques & core strength!. easyWww@Answer-Health@Com
i use sit-ups its the easiest and most sure-fire way of getting abs!.
do them in sets of 50 and really slowly!. put about a minute or so in between then do another and see how many sets you can do!.
remember not to start using ur back or throwing urself up 2 get momentum - thats why I say do them slowly as this works your stomach muscles really hard!.
also do them to the side if you want more than a six-pak to have muscles your side as wellWww@Answer-Health@Com

Getting toned muslce mass and difintion is hard during puberty!. Try the old school workouts that are tried-and-true!. Crunches and such are an example!. An exercise ball does pretty good too!. They usually come with a whole bunch of different workouts that arent youre everyday crunch and such!. Also try the leg raises!. Lay on your back, arms straight and under your back!. Lift your legs a few inches off the ground and hold that position for 10-30 seconds!.
