Are there any other ways for me to lose it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Cardio is probably the fastest and most effective way!. When you do exercise, cardio is the best work out for using your whole body!. Take running, for example!. You're using your legs and arms and core muscles to actually run, and your heart is working too because it needs to pump blood!. That's why cardio burns so many calories!.

You can do other types of exercise, but it will take a very long time for you to lose weight by doing that!.

Of course, if you just diet and don't exercise, that would also work if you stuck to a strict plan!. But even if you do that, exercise really helps because you can eat more!. For example, if you're on a 2000 calorie diet and exercise moderately for 2 hours, you can probably add another 1000 calories burned (depending on how much you weigh)!. For me, I weigh 112 pounds and when I exercise moderately for 2 hours I burn more than 700 calories, so if you weigh more you can burn even more calories!. Just see what your treadmill tells you!.

So to sum it up, you don't necessarily have to do cardio to lose weight, but it IS the best and fastest way to do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, beer bellys is primarily an issue of fat, not muscle!.
So cardio is the best solution!.
But at the same time, regulating your intake of calories is also really important, otherwise you can end up reversing all your hard work!.
Developing your ab muscles will help tighten up your stomach, but the fat will still need to burned off!.
In general, the more muscle you have, the more you naturally burn calories, but the fat itself still needs to be burned off!. (The human body is an expert at storing fat!.!.!.has helped us survive millions of years of disasters and famines!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
