dude it's mother nature!. plus you're 19, could be you just haven't finished growing yet!. as for me i finished growing when i was a senior in high school, i'm 6'5!. you could probably take some OTC drugs too, they might help!. good luck man!Www@Answer-Health@Com
try do some stretching exercises in the morning!. i heard that helps to make you tall!.
