How do u hit high notes in your chest voice?!

Question: How do u hit high notes in your chest voice!?

im an alto and i have to hit a high Re, Me, Fa and its hard!. i can hit but does anyone have any tips on sustaining it or hitting it better!?!?

As an Alto you won't hit high notes!. I'm a tenor and before I sing at an event then I make high ambulance noises!. I have noticed that "garlicy" dishes before events help, stinks yes but helps!. I hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
