Answers:
The warmer your body is the lower they will go!. The colder the higher they will go!. When you mention masturbate I assume you mean ejaculate (or to ***)!. It is actually rare for someone to be 16 and not have a wet dream or ejaculate by self stimulation!. It may be delayed puberty and you should go to a doctor for a physical exam!. Only they can determine if it is normal and then if they declare it is not normal!.!.!.they can give you something to fix it!.

I second what Bonzi said, and you can do a little experiment with yourself!.

Next time when you're in the steam room or the sauna at the fitness center, look at the position of your testicles!. They should be very low!. Your scrotum is frantically trying to cool them off so they don't stop making sperm!.

Next time you go swimming, particularly if the water is cold, examine your testicles when you get out the the water!. They should be right up against your body!. Your scrotum is working equally frantically trying to keep the guys warm so they don't stop making sperm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

they hang low when your body is warm!. If you sweat alot this might be why!. They tighten up when its cold!. The scrotum is like a little barometer!.!.!. fascinating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
