actually it has more to do with being right handed!. and since most guys are right handed, the majority appear to hang left!. if youwalked into a rooom of left handed guys though you'd see a loy of right hanging peniese!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's nothing to do with your testicles it is to do with the way you put it away after you urinate!. So if you are right handed it will be on the left side more, Generally it should hang straight down!.
