i've noticed that men's health praises instant oatmeal every chance they get (It's mentioned at least twice in the newest issue, and i've noticed it in there countless times before)
my question is, what is the best/healthiest brand of instant oatmeal!. i know low fat/low calorie often means high sodium so i was hoping someone could help me out!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most oatmeal is very healthy!. You could look for an organic brand (I don't know any off the top of my head) which should cut down on must of the sodium because the foods usually don't use as many preservatives!. However, your body needs sodium, and 1/2 servings of instant oatmeal will not hurt your sodium needs!. We as people have trouble with sodium in our diets because we eat typically 4-5x the normal serving size and eat foods that are naturally too high in sodium!. I hope this helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
The best brand with the lowest sodium, low sugar, and high in fiber!. It is the "Irish" steel cut brand!. It is available at Whole Foods!. I put it in the microwave for about 3 minutes and add sliced banannas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
